We do not independently verify every statement, document, measurement, maintenance record or other item of information supplied through the service.

Green, Amber and Red readiness

Green, Amber and Red are MySepticCheck readiness indicators only. They are intended to help highlight whether key information appears to be available or whether further investigation may be useful.

A Green result does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance, and an Amber or Red result does not in itself establish that a drainage system is unlawful or non-compliant.
